“ They’re located in a plaza with lots of restaurants. Their service is pretty fast. First time trying cold noodles at the restaurants and their broth is great! The bossam was so tender! I’m new to this style of presentation and was a little put off by the server when I said ‘spice level 0’ & didn’t know to immediately put the egg in the soup….we wandered in off the street after shopping somewhere else. I get it, I guess I looked stupid. Appreciated that it was a quiet place and watched some other people to understand what to do with the empty metal bowl. I feel “pro” now & will likely try again. A friend recently wanted to go to the one in SG, but the rice they served at the SG location smelled sour. They also charge more for the same dishes at the SG location. “ Very delicious and good quality food! The tofu is very fresh and you can smell the soy bean aroma! We also love the white rice in stone pot! We read some reviews that said the wait time was long but let me assure you that the wait is quite worth it! The server explained to us that it took a bit longer for the food to come because the white rice is cooked in stone pot. So just be a little bit patient to be served and for the food to come. The price is really reasonable and portion is big. I highly recommend this restaurant! ”
